I (HOWARD BURGESS) have been training dogs for over 17 years. I started with Schutzhund training (Terriers),and have earned titles from SchHB-SchH3, AD, WH. I have worked and trained dogs for law enforcement in the state of Michigan. I have also sold trained dogs to police departments, that went on to become certified patrol and narcotic detection dogs.  I also show dogs in UKC conformation and have finished more than 14 champions. I also train dogs for competition weightpull. I have dogs that I have trained, that have earned IWPA Gold medals and dogs that are ranked in the UKC allstars. In the past, I have also participated and received placements in NAPD, Dogsports and PP trials. We also have titled dogs in UKC obedience (U-CD). At this time, I am training several dogs for UKC's  new protection program, Service Dogs of America.

I (BETH BURGESS), have owned and trained dogs for almost 14 years. I have finished numerous UKC champions, and a couple grands. I have titled dogs to SchH1, U-CD, tons of weight pull titles, and UKC dogsports (SDA). I love anything to do with dogs and training. I have been involved with Dutchies since 1998, when I entered several PP trials, with my 1st Dutchie Nia.  Presently, Weight pull is my favorite hobby, but I enjoy all kinds of training.
